★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i heard that third party parts can cause issues with iphones as apparently apple doesn't like third party/non-apple repair shops fixing their products so originally i was skeptical and a bit anxious when i first came to this place almost a year ago. anyways, I got my iphone fixed and screen replaced here and it still works great even though its almost a year now after the repair. no issues, no problems, service is great. this place is much cheaper than other places and much faster too. really recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't really leave reviews but Harry was a champion with helping me out with my phone repair. Having broke the glass screen and lcd screen, Harry gave a great quote, was easy to deal with and did what he said he was going to do. Even gave me a free screen protector.
Definitely recommend him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FixPlus was great for repair of a Asus laptop. Harry was efficient, great with communication and seemed to genuinely want to do the work. Harry was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable of the problem. He got back to me with a price via txt a few hours later as he said he would and fixed it in less than a working day despite ordering part. Price seemed OK but anyway I was more interested in good results which we got and fast too!

Today he helped me set up the Gmail account on a phone we were having trouble with and he sorted it in about 1 minute. I can highly recommend Harry.

Purchased an ASUS charger in April which was supposed to be a genuine OEM replacement for my laptop model, as clearly specified in the product listing.
Once I got home, I tested the charger and it kept falling out of the laptops power jack, which was strange as the original charger clicked in FIRMLY. Upon experiencing this issue I then noticed that the stickers and other characteristics of this so called genuine charger were completely DIFFERENT to my original ASUS charger which came with the laptop from brand new. After this I did some research online and found that the charger identically matches COUNTERFEIT Asus chargers being sold on the likes of AliExpress.
Emailed the store owner Harry to get to the bottom of it and he claimed it is due to different revisions of the product. Couldn't be bothered wasting my time with the guy so I just left it at that.
Two days ago, the charger was flickering between charge/discharge and so I emailed again to demand a replacement for a GENUINE Asus charger. Harry assured me this charge/discharge problem was due to my laptop and not the charger itself, even though I told him I tested it with the laptop stationary and wiggled the charger block to reproduce the issue. He claims his supplier is NZ owned and the product is genuine but has stopped communicating after I asked that he provides the suppliers name so I can verify whether he is telling the truth. Why would I ship at my expense a product which is highly suspectiable of being counterfeit, for a warranty claim? The charger having issues is one thing and its authenticity is a separate thing which has nothing to do with the warranty?
Today, the so called charger which has NO issues according to Harry, just blew up. There was sparks, smoke, and briefly ignited before I quickly removed it from the power point. Luckily I was nearby otherwise this charger could have burnt the house down or injured someone.
STAY CLEAR from this place reporting them to comcom
