Sunny is an excellent sales agent who showed high level of professionalism through out the process. He has a very good knowledge on the market movements and advised us accordingly. Since we did not have experience in the field he was very helpful for us to make a good decision.
He has very good communication skills and we received regular updates through out the process and he was skillful to built up confidence in us about him.
He delivered what he promised by reaching the promised outcome.
I will not think twice to recommend him to anyone I know.

He Rawe, Ka pai ia mahi!! We were initially looking at three agents to choose from and we are glad we chose Sunny. What Sunny had above the others is that he is a really good listener and heard our story and our aspirations before we put a plan together.
What we really appreciated was his highly professional approach - always on time, always giving us his full attention and really strong on communicating with us especially through text reminders and quick updates. Sunny has a warm, calm and friendly demeanor and not overly pushy or pretentious.
Very well organised, drew on his connections and confident in the processes he was applying, so we were never in the dark. We loved how Mike Pero took care of the upfront costs too and how they provided support to Sunny and ourselves! Great auctioneer provided! We truly wish Sunny all the very best.

Sunny was very thorough, professional, honest and forthright (no games), right from the get go.
Great communication - he kept us apprised about available viewings / appointments and always let us know as soon as a new enquiry or offer came on the market. He was also a text or phone call away if we needed anything.
As promised, Sunny kept his word and sold our property within the timeframe, and price we wanted.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into
selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings.
Sunny Gumber of Mike Pero stood out as the best among our research.
He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell,
how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area.
Sunny made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should),
like having a pro come and give us tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away.
His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off.
