She goes the extra mile - she came out to show us a home after work hours and on her day off! We are SO grateful that we found her - and a new home. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible communication!!!!. Not even deserving of ONE Star! Amy the property manager is the worst person. She never locked the property after viewing as we went back and found doors and windows unlocked. She'll never message you or call you back and even while making an enquiry of her at the office, I overheard another office lady answer a call also from someone complaining that they can't reach Amy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking at the past reviews it makes more sense. I was a tenant and the property manager was Amy. Experience I had was absolutely horrible. The process that we were put through brought my wife and I to tears. Even the owner of the home tried to help us out but Barfoot just shut it down. We went overboard to look after the property and make it our home even to build happy memories but unfortunately all the happy memories is replaced with a miserable experience. I feel bad about saying this but the fact is that I would not recommend anyone to Barfoot and Thompson Dannemora.
