β β β β β The agent is incredibly unprofessional and does not know how to communicate. It is unacceptable to arrange a viewing of a property 3 hours in advance and be told 2 minutes before the viewing time that it is no longer happening. The agent seems to be either lazy or unorganized - possibly both with no respect or consideration of others.

β β β β β I have recently dealt with a woman agent at this firm who didnβt understand that it is necessary to respond to inquiries from potential buyers. I was annoyed at the lack of professionalism. I have however also dealt with Pernell Callaghan a few times and he is an excellent, hard working agent. He is responsive and knows his stuff. He deserves to go far. I give the woman 1 star and Pernell 4/5 stars β overall 3 stars for the firm as a whole.

Knowing him personally I can assure you he is nothing like these reviews have portrayed him and do not know where this negativity has come from, if they were true he would not have the success that he does today.

β β β β β 31Oct16 This is a review about the Don Ha real estate agency - not the cafe with the same physical address and location. The agency was one of Auckland's most successful real estate firms until the founder, Mr Don Ha, headed into bankruptcy and was then adjudged bankrupt. Around Manukau and South Auckland Do Ha was probably regarded as the go-to person for, initially, residential real estate - and then for all real estate.
