★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping around for cars and went to almost every single dealer, whilst I didn't end up buying a car from Skoda, It's the only one I'm writing a review for because I been so impressed with their service. There was no judgment at all (Which is the vibe I got from most other dealers . i.e. based on looks suggest cars) , and explained to me everything that I needed to know without overloading me with information or unecessary facts or be pushy at all. I loved all the cars that I was interested in, the only thing that won me over another brand is the hybrid factor, once Skoda has hybrids, i'm coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very pleased with my vehicle purchase and with how smoothly the whole process went. This was despite a delay due to the Covid 19 level 4 lockdown. As quickly as possible after the move to level 3 Miles Skoda were able to arrange for me to pick up my new car. I am looking forward to being schooled up on any features of the car I may have missed, once I am able to get in and visit once things open up more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a 2 year service, 9000k. Extra charge for a poorly executed valet service. Unplugged dashcam for some reason and did not reconnect. Removed number plate surrounds and replaced with their own advertising. asked by email to have original returned or supply plain ones, did not even get a reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly team but low quality of parts door handle snapped of while opening the door on a 4 years old vehicle. Repair cost $250 not sure if I would buy a skoda again.
