Order placed 14 September and money paid. Tracking number doesn't work. Polite emails requesting updated delivery time go unanswered. Website now cheerfully says "We will be back soon" and no way to contact them. Sadly, this all feels like a fraud and a scam. What a shame. Since writing this I have had a nice email from Missfits explaining the delays. Clearly it is not a scam and I willingly withdraw that suggestion and apologise if it caused offence.

Wish I could give this company no stars at all, and I wish I had of read more reviews before placing my order 6 weeks ago, and not receiving any updates on my order in that time after several requests sent to the mobile number listed. Will now try to sort out a refund on my purchase. I wouldn't use this business or shop here again. Their communication and customer service is non existant and is very poor. Negative rating from me. Don't shop here!!

Disappointing experience with this company. Masks finally arrived today after more than three months. I had ordered them because the company advertises they are made locally - but they are made in and shipped from China. The sales blurb is misleading. The tracking number provided with the order confirmation was useless. Product quality is shoddy. Will not order from here again.

I have been waiting since January 29th for two rugs costing $500 in total. Email is saying no such email. I have rung and it says to text, have had no reply at all. Tracking says 'ordered.' I would like a refund.

I ordered some boots from this company a month ago and have not had any update from them despite emailing (their email address is fake), texting and messaging through instagram. Their expected delivery date has now passed and I still have no tracking details for my order no. 6128. The boots were expensive so I would like a refund if they are not able to fulfill the order but they are uncontactable. I think this company may be a scam from other reviews I have seen after looking into them….posting this publicly after multiple attempts to contact them directly in the hope that they will get in touch if this is not the case.

Been 16days since I ordered and I have heard nothing... if you are going to keep using the hole covid as an excuse at least be open and honest on the website.. it is now way past the person's birthday I brought this for and to be honest would rather cancel my order but nobody replys when I email.

The only thing I can say is that I'm very disgusted with the conduct of this company. My fault I thought I was putting money back into NZ's economy but no. Very clever marketing on your part. I have purchased a duvet cover back in February and paid extra money to get this delivered as a priority it is now April and still nothing. I have emailed and that bounced back, I have called and advised to text so I did and and still no response. Stop praying on people that work hard and decide to go on your website and purchase something. Also don't blame Covid over people blaming this situation you can not even reply to your paying customers. I would like a refund for what I have so called purchased. I am happy to walk into a shop in NZ and pay for something at least I know where the money is going and I actually walk out with the product. When you pay just under $300 for a duvet cover that is a lot of money. DO THE RIGHT THING AND RESPOND TO ME AND THE REST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. PAY THE MONEY BACK

I put one star because their products are awesome. However the way they conduct business and their customer follow-up service is appalling. I discovered Missfits during the first lockdown and loved their range plus I wanted to support NZ companies. I bought a few items and was assured, if I sent in photos of the stuff I had bought, I would receive a $20.00 voucher to spend online. I took some imaginative shots of bags on a beach and a lovely top and sure enough got sent some vouchers. They also gave me another $20 voucher to compensate for the extremely long wait for one item. I was delighted. However, when I tried to claim my vouchers I was unable to do so. I tried to ring them on more than a dozen occasions and they never answered - I emailed a few times and even contacted them via Facebook - with absolutely no joy whatsoever. In short they were impossible to get hold of. So I gave up in frustration and will not order from them again. I run my own small business that is thriving because of the prompt and friendly customer service I always insure. Missfits - you are doomed to failure eventually if you carry on this way and it is sad because you do have awesome products and I liked the idea of supporting NZ artists. Wake-up!
