She takes into consideration research-based practices but is also able to individualise her recommendations to my situation and lifestyle. She is also a great motivator and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I would recommend her to anyone, even those with conditions that are complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially a bit reluctant to see a dietitian, when I already had a PT at my gym, a nutritionist, I decided to give it a go and see Christine. She has provided me with fantastic advice which has helped me and improved my health over the last few months.
By helping me to have a healthier diet and maximize my gym workouts, with a passion for helping people and with an approachable attitude, Christine has provided me with heaps of great advice. She really put in the time to talk me through and provided me with some great follow ups. Deciding to go see her was probably being the best thing I’ve done for my well-being & health for a while. Thanks Christine for everything!
