★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE Mitre10 Pukekohe. All staff are helpful and friendly but special mention goes to Madi on checkouts who always recognises my face (and others) and greets us with warmth every time. She's honestly a ray of sunshine and I would hire her in a heartbeat. Garden crew are always busy but happy to stop and help and kitchen team are awesome too! I always come to this branch now even if Im nearer another because it has such a nice feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omgggg. Went to look for lawnmower filters . And staff guy explained to me how a lawn mower works . ( like his knowledge was exceptional , he basically pulled it out of his mind and placed the information in , my mind ) holey smoke . Almost like a walking computer. I also asked him if he can come to my house and fix my lawnmower too . BUT SADLY THAT WAS PUSHING THE LIMITS!! I'm still buzzing after the crazy WOW SERVICE I got today . :-) ten points MITRE TEN PUKEKOHE ♡♡♡

Did take me a bit of looking for some things and disappointed to see 3 staff members chatting nearby and not even a glance or query to help as they saw me walking back and forth. Checkout staff very friendly and opened up another checkout as the waiting queue grew.
