Even at the store they said yes we have stock..so told them to show me..but they couldnt find it either...waste of my time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my below complain, I have visited bunnings many times to sort out the splashback. It was significantly delayed as the order was sent to wrong address, then damaged. However on the positive side, the team had acknowledged this and kept me updated and there is always staff on special order desk now. Thank you for taking customer complains so seriously.

Absolutely pathetic service this is the 3rd time I have come to bunnings special order counter. FIRST visit was waiting for more than an hour and noone attended. SECOND time, on a weekday a guy advised that counter closes at 4PM. THIRD visit is today and I had been waiting for a staff to attend at special order counter for 45 minutes now. Multiple calls made, and page sent but we are still waiting. RIDICULOUS SERVICE
