★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice open and bright home improvement and hardware store. Well laid out. Friendly, knowledgeable staff usually on hand to help you find products or answer questions. Tidy public toilets within the store. Added bonus of the Columbus Cafe inside and a kids play area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mega staff, but no one stops to help. All standing around talking to each other. Girl on checkout great, very helpful. Supervisor not so much, no interaction with customers. Lead by example.... garden center staff like zombies, felt like asking the statues for help.
Very frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very helpful compared to bunnings. Mitre 10 has lots of staff always asking if you need help. Quiet a selection. Not often do I need to return inferior products only sold by bunnings.

Purchased all i needed for $250 then installed/replaced the leaking pipes under the house, job done in 2 hours. Much better advice and service from a person who new what they were advising me about. More experieced than Bunnings (sorry but it's true)
