A drunken women approach me with a lit lighter.
As I was filling my car with petrol.
This was on camera .
I asked the cashier to phone the police he refused.
I contacted the manager the next day and informed him that the this must be on camera.
I said the registration number must be on camera.
He did not contact police or did he look for this women.
I was so disappointed in the lack of care to me as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ clean store, good customer service very friendly and helpful especially when i do the pay at pump wrong. air tyre pressure always works well and the carwash is very good all and all good experience just wish petrol was cheaper in Auckland/NZ, Hand sanitiser available always appreciated during these times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous customer service received from this store! The indian lady was very nice to me when i redeemed my free $18 car wash.
The car wash machine is very good! I was impressed its better than others ive used at Mobil. The brushes can be slightly rough but i dont mind as it does a great job.
