★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purchased from pt.chev kfc via uber delivery on 02/05/22 at around 4pm. They missed an item (my daughters popcorn chicken) from my order so i called them up right away so we could arrange a re-delivery. I was then handed over to the manager who asked me for the order number on my receipt but as i was looking for it she hung up and disconnected the phone lines as i couldn’t reach them at all. Eventually, i ended up going into the store to get the popcorn chicken. The manager clearly knew i was upset yet no apologies what so ever just a handful of attitude and eye rolls as she walked away without answering me. I am so disgusted, definitely not the only person she has done this to, she should be fired. Things could’ve went smoothly if she just had communicated better on the phone with me beforehand. Trash ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good team but racist manager, don't order uber eats from here.. She was extremely racist and rude to an Asian uber driver who had been waiting over 20mins... I had to yell to even get served that's how chaotic it was....Nice Maori boy served me and sorted it out said sorry refusly and gave us extra chicken... Obviously management needs a holiday
