β β β β β One of the ladies here has THE BEST customer service around and it's always a pleasure to be served by her. Friendly, bubbly, quick and even tries a bit of an up-sell which always impresses me. Have used the bathroom once or twice and it's always fresh and clean. Good supply of all the essentials you'd expect at a servo.

β β β β β Everyone working here is friendly and great to deal with except this one older gentleman with a beard who is constantly rude to me every time I go in. This morning around 7:10am I went in there again and had the same service from this person, very rude. Other than that the rest of the team is fantastic to deal with and I will continue to shop from here.

β β β β β I am a Mobil fuel customer, I like the fuelcard program. But the carwash is shocking, they seem incapable of getting their chemicals in the right proportions and instead of removing dirt it literally welds it to the car and glass. I have brought it to the attention of the lovely lady who always seems to be there and she assures me that she has passed it up the chain but alas nothing happens. My vehicle is new and is used to transport the aged care is it is washed on average every 4 days depending on weather conditions. The best carwash is Caltex in Ferguson Dr. It is also brushless and was one of the first so it is not flash but the guy that maintains it obviously has refined the chemical proportions as you can literally see the road film desolve and run off in the presoak phase and the wax and protector do leave a high shine finish. During the winter months the drying phase seems longer as there is not a drop left on flat surfaces. If only Mobil could get there new gear to deliver ? life would be simpler.

She was very supportive and very sweet with her words. Her sense of humour was really awesome. I felt one of the best customer services at this fuel pump.
