Sensory overload.

β β β β β Constantly forgetting items ordered. Unhelpful, rude and arrogant staff (those I've had to deal with) manager including. Younger staff unprofessional, on phones, dancing around, ignoring customers trying to get help.

β β β β β No safety protocols at the entrance. A sign said wait to be asked for passport checking but no-one showed to check. Nor was it asked for at the check out. The entire staff seemed in a disarray with no awareness that customers were in the store. No distancing was observed and the orders took time to get to customers who came to the counter and picked up their own trays to take back to their table. The trash was overflowing and there was no table wiping even though there seemed to be a lot of bodies milling around to organize orders at the drive through. No-one seemed to take charge.

β β β β β I can't rate their food as we didn't get to eat any!! Waited in line while a young trainee tried to serve another in front, when he finally got to us, the manager came and told us that they had just clicked over and breakfast was no longer available, we left!!!!

β β β β β Coke was flat, burger was in pieces and really cold the only good thing about my meal was the fry's and hot apple pie. Terrible service and forgot apple pie my partner had to go back in to get them. ???

β β β β β Sitting in the drive thru waiting for ages then told no shakes or sundaes. Cant you put a sign up before you get stuck in the drive thru. Gives reviewers like me plenty of time to write stinky reviews. Come on this is 2022
