★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of stuff here exceeds expectations at the price. Great value for kids clothing. Parking awful, but that is Whangarei outgrowing its shopping.
Not a great retail experience, but you are only going here for cheap stuff.
Good luck with social distancing in the self service checkout queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as much selection as Auckland stores and the selh checkouts are crammed to the side of the door. I think the store needs to be reconfigured for better customer flow for better shopping experiences. Still got awesome deals tho.

Ladies were brilliant and amazing.
Only fact was that I dont like reverse psychology being done on me. A worker asked how much a product cost that I had just finished purchasing but I had a lot on my list. I just gave her the reciept and let her see that I had brought it. But I must say, very professional and great thinking to do that. Just didnt like it. But i will give four stars because they just were awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store with huge aisle space and variety of goods from homeware to clothing, toys, electrical items. I particularly buy my clothes and undergarments there because they have a large selection of Plus sized garments that are modern and not over priced. Plenty of parking. Very busy shopping complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very helpful and understanding. One of the few shops in Whangarei that respected mask exemptions during restrictions and made you feel safe and comfortable. And the even know where things are when you ask. Great place to kill a few hours shopping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a friendly place!!! I absolutely loved it!! I had been flown up there from invercargill by my company. We have a Kmart in my hometown but the employees at the Whangarei Kmart were amazing. So helpful and so kind. Amazing service

Wish they would restock on basic clothing items such as plain t shirts and that kind of thing during the year as once the standard sizes are gone they aren't replaced. Their online ordering system is useless. They refund you and cancel the order even when the item is in a branch.
