★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service, as well as a cute dog that greeted us! We had a peaceful time wandering around and picked up a couple of ficus plants. The owner was very helpful in getting our plants ready to go and adding water and fresh soil. He also said if they need to be repotted, to bring them back and he'd do that for us, as well as bring them in for any help. Lovely service, dreaming of more plants we need from there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's like walking through a mini jungle. There are plants everywhere, floor level and above. It's not a huge space yet it is well stocked with many different types of plants, cacti, air plants, philodendrons, pothos and much more.I liked the fact you could buy baby plants of many of the in trend plants. The plants look well cared for. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful. It's definitely different to the larger more commercial like garden centers. I could happily lose myself in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought and paid for two very rare philodendron gloriosums from Monstera a month ago on Instagram, and then flew up especially from Christchurch to pick up in person, letting them know when I would be there. When I showed up, they had no idea who I was and where the plants I bought were. The shopkeeper found two, though they were different plants. The larger one had three big leaves and stems removed or was cut and repotted, and they couldn't find the same smaller one, showing me a few different ones, and tried to get me to take a tiny leaf one. Neither were the plants I purchased, and all the ones they showed me looked bad, browned and yellow around the edges.
I asked the shopkeeper if I could speak to the owner who I bought them from and he flat out told me no. They tried to refund me but their card machine wouldn't work. I messaged the owner on Instagram asking if he could call me and explain what was going on, only to receive a refund and heaps of abuse, hateful messages and threats. It was all very shady and dodgy business.
Avoid avoid AVOID. No matter what cool plants they get in, they won't ever get business from me.
