Nice cafe with quirky deco. Well located for tourists near the train station. The menu is very simple to the point of simplistic. Staff are happy to accommodate for dietary requirements. Cakes were so so.

Not yet seen a Magpie.. but i have had countless plates of delicious food, lovely cuppas and enjoyed the amazing art on show. Plus Joe the dog is a fab character!

Traveled two weeks in New Zealand, and this was my favourite cafe. The interior was stylish and fun. Best bagel, roll and smoothie i've had in NZ. Very nice staff.

I was greeted by this cute fella when I walked in! I ordered corn beef mustard and sauerkraut sandwich it was super good! And was too big so I couldn't finish it had to take half home for dinner coffee was great also and I loved the atmosphere will go back again soon!

Barista remembered my coffee after just one visit and had it made before I got to the counter!. Delicious baking. Excellent coffee

John greeted us as we walked in he was really professional???Loved the small chocolate ? with the mocha also the cutest company logo ever on the cups highly recommended it to check it out if you in lower Stuart street cinnamonscroll delicious as well

Really cool spot and delicious menu. 10/10 sourdough, perfectly toasted and lots of kimchi! You can buy a loaf to take home too! Definitely recommend the miso mushroom and kimchi toastie!
