β β β β β They were very busy due to santa photos. But were so rude when our order was wrong. Lady threw up her hands and gave a glare. Tables are disgustingly dirty and dirty dishes everywhere. Wouldnt recommend during a busy period. I'm sure they're great on a good day tho.

β β β β β Good coffee, wonderful staff, amazing surroundings (Josephine!). Wish they did more (or any) gluten-free food though - the options for dietary restrictions seemed extremely limited.
This used to be a branch of Ironic Cafe, but was taken over by the museum recently, and is now considered a branch of the Otago Museum Cafe. This upside of this is they now share the coffee loyalty cards from the Otago Museum Cafe, which is a nice touch.

β β β β β Firstly wanted to charge a surcharge for using pay wave and couldn't tell me how much. Food awful waste of $18 scone dry and like a old boot muffin no better I would avoid this place at all cost piss poor for such a nice musem and a place to visit

β β β β β The surcharge here is ridiculous ! They charge for any type of card. The girl was quite rude even though we said we knew it wasn't her fault and the coffee was burnt. Not good for such a lovely venue

β β β β β Kids love coming here. So do I. Had fun doing a Easter egg hunt this Weekend. Hard to find things to do for free now. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Told us the Belgium slice had come from the freezer and may need to defrost a bit. Cheesecake and friand served without yoghurt or cream so quite dry. Iβm still waiting for my coffee, Iβll let you know when I get it.
