★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say that I have had a very bad experience with this Dealership. I purchased an early model ute, the RUC were not up to date short by 15,000 kilometers. After 1 week they were finally paid but only to 12,000. I am currently endeavoring to get the residual 3000 reimbursed to me. I have contacted in particular Brad about this but it appears he prefers to either ignore my texts or reply with empty promises. I would never purchase a vehicle off them again.

I went to Motive Trading in good faith to buy a car and support my local dealer.
I did a Pre-Purchase Inspection and Brad and I reached a deal, whereby I would buy the car after all works specified by the Mechanic + WOF would be completed.
I gave him a $600 as a deposit in good faith.
Brad then told me to collect the car 2 days later and I went to collect it believing all the work had been completed. He then advised me that he was not going to pay $1000 to get the works completed when he can sell me the car with a brand new WOF. I advised Brad this was not the Agreement we had reached and I requested that he refund my deposit. He told me to write down my bank account number and that he would refund my deposit.
Since January 2022, several emails and also a telephone assurance that he would refund my deposit of $600, I am yet to receive a refund on my deposit.
