★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually no point putting feedback because the management doesn't care but just for others to know, nurses or their manager have no idea how to put name in queues and they will miss your name easily or will forget to add ur arrival. And once you arrive to see walking doctor, no matter if you are bleeding from wound you still gotta wait 1 hour for nurse to see you then walkin doctor which means couple of hours easily even when you are bleeding from wound. Fee doctors are good here apart from that, if you have spare time in your life then visit this place else not really. They have apologized me 3 times as they forgot to add my name few times on previous occasions but things are getting worst here. Highly recommend doctors here ( permanent ones ) but nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait times are ridiculous, although appointments are booked its never on time. Booked an appt for 9.15am, was seen at 11.15am! Front desk seem clueless at what they are doing, i now see why your clinic has such a low rating.

Its with great disappointment that I post this review. I have been to the clinic in Richardson Rd twice for seeing the Doctor recently. First day I was at the clinic at 6 pm after my work. I was informed by the receptionist (actually by 2) that the doctor sees only emergency cases and I was asked to come in the morning. I replied I cant do that since my work schedule conflicts. 2 days later I come to the clinic with my issue aggrevated since last time, this time only a bit more earlier and faced with the same response from a much more rude receptionist with a worse attitude. He actually tells me that the clinic offers only urgent care and not GP servives and that I should have known that. Who decides that my situation is not serious? I was in pain and agony and was faced by a rude receptionist who doesnt care to acknowledge my situation. Their call center advised me to walk in to the clinic only to be insulted by unprofessional non-medical staffs who are not polite and who deals with people like me inhumane. Their website no where says that you dont take patients until 8 pm. In saying that their website actually says open 8 am to 8 pm and also notifies with a green indicator that the clinic is open. Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst medical center ever. Everytime you have to wait for at least 2hrs to see the doctor even though no one is there. Been waiting for 2hrs and when I came im the only person. They don't know how to put the people In queue. It's really hard with kids who feels hungry and can't go out as we might afraid if we go out we have to wait another 2 hrs. Such a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a waste of time. Went there with my friend. They took 1 hour to take our details and then told us to wait for 2 hours. Even after 3 hours, the waiting continued and finally the doctor called us on phone in which the doctors finding for the stomach ache was that it might be a covid case. For this they made us wait 4.5 hrs and pay the consultation fee, which was higher amount than told earlier. Please dont waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse and doctor I saw were great but the receptionist is soo rude not what you want to come across when you are concerned for your health. Sitting on the waiting room observing she was like it to everyone no empathy the other receptionist at least had a smile. Only had to go here as couldnt get an appointment with my GP and was advised to see someone that same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad tried to an appointment yesterday to see a doctor and was told that its all fully booked but if he comes before they open today then he can be seen immediately.
My dad got there at 7:45am, before they opened and was told he would be seen next. He had to wait 3 hours before he got allowed to see a doctor.
When he'd ask the receptionist when its his turn he would get told that he is next, which was obviously a lie. My dad is a diabetic and started to have problems because he had to wait so long.
The doctor prescribed him medication that was not good to take with the one of the medicine he is currently taking, but was not told this by the doctor. I had to check the medicine myself and then call a local chemist to confirm this. Taking this medicine could have done more harm to his health.
I don't recommended anyone to go to this place.
