★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Just went in to see the nurse for 5 min job with an appointment. Had to wait for an hour. This is when there was not a lot of patients in the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for more than 45 minutes only to cancel an appointment and the computer voice said I was 5th in the line then 4th 3rd 2nd 1st and then wait wait wait wait and nothing. Worst service ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turned away from Covid testing when it is listed in the Healthpoint page for covid testing stations. If you're no longer offering tests, shouldn't you contact Healthpoint and notify them so others don't also have to waste their time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find with good off-street parking. Great extended hours that prove to be very convenient for busy lives and busy people still needing health, medical and lightweight surgical care. Walk through to Unichem pharmacy (also has extended hours).
I was glad they were open late, even on weekends. Entry/outside lighting only at ok light level to feel safe and welcome, and I suggested an enhancement by installing strategically placed 'spot lights' to make the place a bit more welcoming.
Clean, well appointed waiting area with very limited material to engage/distract/entertain younger children. Seating sparse enough for covid distancing.
Efficient, pleasant reception team. Professional, effective and friendly nursing staff on my recent visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been waiting in the call and asked for an translator when they gave the phone to the translator he just declined the call I've been sick for nearly a week I'm trying to call them they won't answer I went to do the test they said it is not available I have a small girl she was sick we asked these guys but they said they won't do it so I had to wait for nearly 3 hours at balmoral. I request you people not to go to these doctors.

for any medical help you have to do it again. Now with covid after 50 mins on call with them result is same. Horrible place to enrol yourself.
