I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years now and the staff are always nice helpful and fast. And to be honest I’ve had a look around and the price of the general things there seem exactly the price they should be. So yeah good place to go to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and pathetic service. Overpriced as compared to other stores. There is one lady age between 30 to 45 very rude and has a queen attitude. I don't know her name but she can be identified by her different dressing style. Mt Roskill pharmacy and medical centre both should shut down. Haven't seen this kind of rude, pathetic, unwelcoming and bad service anywhere.

I was using google maps to find the pharmacy but their instructions always came TOO LATE. My actual review of Richardson Road Pharmacy is EXCELLENT. Please disregard that one star review. The pharmacy is definitely FIVE STAR! Denise

This pharmacy is located next to Medical And Services Center and is very handy to collect medicines prescribed by doctors.
Well organised and nicely maintained. Limited space to walk around.
Nice atmosphere. Leisurely service.
Card as well as cash payments are accepted.
No seating is available for the customers.
Spacious parking area. Wheelchair parking is available and there is wheelchair accessible entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst pharmacy I've been too! I've been to over 10 pharmacies throughout Auckland. This pharmacy consists of Poor customer service , rude pharmacist , disgusting shop (you need to replace your old stock and hire a cleaner). The products are old , used and faded. It's difficult to move around the pharmacy. They are absolutely over priced compared to other Pharmacy's including unichem. I would never go back to the pharmacy and will be warning my community and family to stay away. I'd rather drive further to get great customer service, decent products that haven't sat on the shelf for many years and be charged a reasonable price. I think the owner of this pharmacy is just desperate and money oriented instead of thinking of his customers which are who keep the pharmacy. No customer = no business ,regardless if your next to a dr practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, always. I have been coming to this pharmacy for the past 10 years and Ash and his team are always friendly. The pharmacy is tidy and the team really take their time to explain all the information to you. The prices are reasonable. Would 100% recommend it to anyone.
