★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with my consultation with dr chan. Had stomach pain on my left side and he was very unconcerned and rushed. I asked for some anti inflammatory cream and I recieved my order from the pharmacy and it was an anti fungal cream I was supposed to apply to my "big toe 3 times a day". Wont be seeing him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a family member here for their covid vaccine. I was completely blown away with how professional, friendly and organised the team was from the minute we stepped in. Nurse Kathy was exceptional and extremely respectful during the whole process. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After struggling so many years trying to find a doctor who was able to identify and help with my needs and my husband's needs I'm pleased to say that I finally could rely my health on Dr Gary's expertise. He's an excellent professional, objective, understands his patients, and makes you feel secure that he knows what to do. He's been our doctor for a few years now and my medical reference in NZ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I done with them my covid test, 4 days gone did not get result.after I contact with them they say you not registered with us we can't give you any deatils. then I call Minister of health they say no record showing you done covid test.
Best don't go there mostly for covid test

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved GPs from down the road to Stoddard Road Medical and I am very happy, thankful and blessed to have Dr Richard Lowe as my GP, he is very caring, understanding, knowledgeable and is thorough with his examinations, I am always happy every time after my consultation and can't praise him enough for everything that he has done for me! Thanks Doc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist have no idea what they doing,they can't even change address correctly even though we write it for them,I told them to change my mum's address to my address but instead they changed my address to my sister's and my medical certificate got printed with wrong address .
When I went back to them to query about my address they assumed and blamed me that I used to live on my sister's address which I never did.
They Blame patients and families for thier mistakes
Those receptionist need to attend a good customer care study days and learn how to deal with public

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been coming to this practice for more than 20 years. I cannot speak highly enough of these amazing health professionals who have helped us through everything from common colds to pregnancy and childbirth, our children growing and ourselves aging. We have just had our youngest son vaccinated by Kathy, who has known him since he was born. She was wonderful. Our boy has Down Syndrome and Kathy's warmth, empathy and professionalism made the experience nice for our son and for us. We literally trust Dr Gary and his colleagues with our lives, and we feel so lucky to have Stoddard Rd Medical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had feedback from other parents of autistic kids about how and where they got their kids vaccination done. Feedback was Stoddard road medical have great staff and a nurse that's great with autistic kids. They told me to do a walk in today and they can see us. The wonderful head nurse Cathy was so patient and supportive, she organized a plan and we had our 2 kids taken in 1 at a time to do their vaccinations with the wonderful Jane. No issues at all and a smooth operation. My kids didn't even cry or budge afterwards and are doing great. Thank you Cathy and Jane and also the beautiful receptionist. Thank you we will be coming for the 2nd jab xx
