★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would've given 5 stars as the selection and prices were amazing. But the staff member saw me trying on items in the store, and I was not approached. Then when I wanted to enquire about other colours available, I had to go searching for a staff member to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of sleeping bags on special but one of them started to undo the seams after a couple of times using it. I took back to store and they offered me a new one or a discount to keep it and fix it myself. I got the discount and end up getting a bargain. I liked them.

Unfortunately the cheaper pair had a bit of a manufacturing issue so I returned them. I spent probably all of 2 minutes at the counter returning them, and the worker there was very friendly and helpful. Very painless and easy. The other pair is holding up very well and they are very comfortable.
