β β β β β I ordered a waffle today before closing. I have tried waffle several times from parnell movenpick and it was great there, in this store, the waffle was very thin, extremely less toppings and I could barely see hazelnut . I know you guys put less but today was extremely less and I couldnβt taste it a bit, I love hazelnut . The waffle tasted average or below average and price was extremely high compared to the parnell store where itβs well made thick with decent toppings and less price than here, also the waffle tastes great there. How can same brand store have such difference. My friend and I also told the staff thankyou while taking ice cream and when they came to serve waffle but the staff didnβt even replied with that. Very rude to get the food and service when we came in store happy and left sad.

β β β β β Really bad experience today afternoon at dominion store . I went there to purchase a coffee and girl said sorry we donβt have barista today and saw the guy wearing a turban was using coffee making machine in front of me . That guy was ignoring me over the counter like I am nobody. I feel very bad today while I was in the store . I thought itβs a big brand . But very poor customer service, I know they mentioned they are short of staff. But when I been there today around 4 pm but no one was over the counter only me and one customer was there . But the guy over the counter was not even wearing a face mask while serving the customer and making food for the customer. I really feel unhygienic place while was in that place. But that girl who was on training she was wearing a face mask . So I donβt recommend anyone to go this store .

Fresh made, so milky so smoothly, the tiramisu flavour tastes like heaven!
