★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to love this place but today was the worst, waited 25mns for a warm coffee then a further 40mns for food, which was luke warm. Overall will not reccomend.

Asked after a 20min wait. They weren’t busy when we went in at all, only one other table.
Asked for a refund and did eventually refund but not for coffees, which were average, just for the meals.
Will not be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Ordered a kids burger and fries - had to wait for 25 minutes which is too long for a simple meal. Burger was great but the chips were undercooked and under seasoned. Good drinks but overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Ordered gluten free toast with bacon, hash browns and tomatoes. Came with mushrooms instead of tomatoes. Toast was undercooked, bacon was raw and tomatoes hadn't been cooked, rock hard, sent back and got refunded. Disappointed. No effort!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I came here for breakfast and we both got the “Mosaik Big Breakast” and 2 hot chocolates. The drinks came quickly and tasted very nice, the food took about 15 minutes to arrive and honestly not worth the time or money. The mushrooms tasted horrible, I literally had to spit it out because it tasted out of date. Tomato was practically raw like it had been on the grill for about 2 seconds. Eggs were fine, but I might as well have been eating eggs on crackers with the state of the bread. I had rather high hopes for this place as it’s not cheap, also informed whoever was working front of house that the mushrooms tasted off and they simply apologised and walked away.I would rather go to Momento on Victoria street any day. Spend your money elsewhere people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service if i could go lower than 1 star I would.
There were 4 people in the restaurant plus our table of 3 adults and a child and we had to ask for the coffee twice and then the coffees finally came, it was after the meal. Scone was stale and seemed days old and the staff didn't seem to be too concerned. Eggs bene is tasty but if you want service and your coffee with your meal go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst BLAT I have ever had. Corn fritters soggy. Not sure anyone there new anything about food preparation. Service slow. Owner thought it was busy yet very few in Café. Needs good staff.
Top mark's to the owner though as he refunded the whole cost of meal including drinks.
Hopefully they employ a competent chef as looks a nice place. Overpriced in my opinion.Wouldn't return im sorry to say

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Ordered an iced latte that was quite good. Hence the 2 stars.
I ordered scrambled eggs and these were absolutely disgusting. Quite over cooked and rubbery, I didn't eat them. They were a good prices but the quality was low.
The salt shaker lid was all rusty, I asked the waitress if I could have another as it was rusty and there was actually bits of rust in the salt.
She swapped it for another table. See photo.
I did see some other orders come out that looked good but I won't be back to say the least.
