★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service from Tui at Paper Plus at The Base in Hamilton. Went there at 1.40pm on Sunday afternoon (closing at 2pm) to post a parcel overseas to be told that I need to fill out a form (simple as I have done it before) and was told she won't be posting today and I would have to come back tomorrow. Seemed like she wanted to finish early and wasn't interested in helping or providing a solution. Rude and abrupt and just overall average service.
