★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend and I visited the coffee shop on 7th Feb 2021. we paid $100 + $5 cash and were given the wrong change (i.e. $50 short). because we were distracted by a number of things we forgot to check the change.
i went back to them a day or so later and they agreed to own up the mistake it and gave us the right change.
Just wanted to give a big shout out to say thank you for doing the right thing. It doesn't happen every day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 ice coffees. One of them was just milk pretty much no coffee. The other one was just sugar no coffee. Asked for a refund. She said don't give refunds. In her opinion the ice coffees she made were perfect. Asked for a manager no one on site. Won't you be going back there again. Staff need to be trained.

Hardly any blueberry in blueberry muffin, but good gluten free spinach and feta muffin (see photo for proof of very good muffin remainder!)
Good cappucinos too.

The extra hot mocha was something else and almost cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takeaway is fine but you need a vaccine passport for dining in. The food is good and they have a large selection of cold and hot drinks. Their position can be cold during winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place used to go to all time, not so much these days, prices gone up, service leaves alot to be desired, not going to say everything publicly, send in a secret shopper and make up your own mind. Not my favourite place any more.
