★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the nachos, tacos and quesadilla. Because this was ordered on Uber eats it didn’t travel well and was pretty much stone cold when it arrived. That aside, the food was good - I’d say the tortillas used for the tacos were a big thick and floury, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best, if not the current best (true/authentic) 'Taco place' in Auckland (central), there's been others but Manuel's tacos are simply amazing. Had the 'Al pastor', 'Carnitas' and 'Cactus', and they were incredible. 100% recommended.

The flavours of Mexico in one place, from Tacos to Burritos, vegetarian options and classics such as Carnitas and chicharrón. Thanks Mr Manuel for bringing a piece of Mexico to Auckland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the Pastor Burrito (small) for $12 and the churros $8.
The burrito was bursting with flavour - a bit too salty, but otherwise super delicious - it's a bit loosely packed than the burritos I've had in the US, but flavour profile is spot on. Roasted pork with a spicy sauce, rice, cheese, beans, herbs... In a crisp tortilla wrap. Soooo good.
The churros... Was a very good idea. Totally not greasy at all - light and crisp, dusted with cinnamon sugar and a light drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having moved to Auckland from LA, I’ve been hopelessly looking for authentic Mexican food. Finally, I found it. No frills and there shouldn’t be - just amazing food at a good price.
I had a medium spice carnitas burrito and it was amazing. Perfect spice plus some extra sauce I didnt recognize but was incredible. Crispy churros (w/ authentic chocolate dipping sauce!) for dessert. Definitely want you try the tacos and torta next.
Gonna be hard not to eat here every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here today with 4 friends, the store is small, authentic and great. We all ordered a range of burritos ($12), churros ($8), fries ($5) and 3 tacos for ($14). The Churros tasted very authentic and I'm satisfied with this store in general. The Birria tacos were 100% up to standard and left me feeling full, but enough room for the dessert. The burrito was very tasty I would definitely come back and buy it again, it was very authentic and the customer service was incredible. We all loved the portion size for the fries as well, coming in a medium sized fry basket as large as a plate. We love this place and will 100% come back again.
