โ โ โ โ โ I have been using palace live since 2013 at my Property management company Coopsvilles, when Mandy sent an email out regarding Palace Liquid, I honestly hesitated at first as I did love Palace Live, worried it would be difficult to change from Live , but liquid is definitely an excellent upgrade management system to use . Love how the inspections work on Liquid, Rapid entry for rent ,it cuts the computer time down it really streamlines the work .
I Find if there's an issue , The support staff go through in detail if you don't understand something. The service is pretty quick from the time of the problem till they call you. Just very helpful all round.โ Wouldn't use any other system.

โ โ โ โ โ Outstanding service the whole way through getting set up with Palace, as a newbie I made plenty of mistakes and had plenty of questions and someone was always there to help. Rosie (my Palace trainer) met with me on a weekly basis for the first couple of months and was not only very good at her job, I always looked forward to chatting with her.
Easy to use system- I would highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ The Customer Services Team at Palace are always prompt to get back to us regarding queries and if there is no solution or a feature is not yet available, they always provide a workaround or put it forward to the team to perhaps add in future updates. They are always very friendly and helpful :) Keep up the great work team!

โ โ โ โ โ I had to reschedule the transition to the pink palace app 3 times and the team were always very accommodating. I am relatively new in my role and David was very supportive and coached me through the process well. The support from palace is always very fast and thorough.

โ โ โ โ โ I have worked with Palace for around 8 years. Although Palace has developed and expanded over the years the support team and training team have been outstanding and world class. I usually speak with one of the team at least once a week and always a pleasure. They are all very professional and very easy to communicate with.. Their problem solving abilities are worth their weight in gold. Thanks team for your ongoing support.

โ โ โ โ โ I am reasonably new to my role and had not used Palace prior to starting with this company. I have had numerous niggly, unusual and just plain silly questions that I have needed to contact the support team about.
They are always helpful and friendly and are happy to ensure that I am comfortable with the outcome. I have also spent time with Palace trainers and once again I have found the service helpful and friendly.
When you are asking questions that show your limited knowledge, it is great to feel supported, rather than just made to feel like a nuisance.
