★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Heli-hike tour! Bia (Bea?) our guide was very knowledgable and fun to be with. She even took stunning photos of us! Definitely worth the visit, and we’ll surely be back with our family and friends.
Their customer service is also on point, we called a few times for updates regarding the weather and if our tour will push-thru. They were easy to contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went out today on the Tasman Glacier. We did the heli hike. We were lucky we had a good weather! Scott our guide did a good job and looked after as very well. He explained stuff about the glacier and was so enthusiastic in everything he does.He also focus on our safety on top of the glacier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely, beautiful, wonderful location. We had been to Glacier through expedition tour guide. Start from the Hermitage Hotel Mt Cook, travel in a bus for few kms, walk for 1.5 kms to the final destination (lake). Beautiful boat ride, Matt who was new to his job, he knew all about glaciers, Lake depth, distance. He is very passionate about his work, we manage to life a Glacier weighting 5 kgs from the lake, take beautiful photos, touch Glacier rocks. Feel, touch, know more about it. One of the best tourist spots I had been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience doing the glacier hike!! Unbelievable scenery - surrounded by ice, passing crevasses and climbing into ice caves. Gorgeous views with a helicopter flight there and back. Good for all fitness levels. Many thanks to our guide Rich and pilot Andrew - their passion really made the experience top tier. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, we went on an ice climbing trip with Rich last week, and it was incredible! It started with an amazing helicopter trip with the most stunning views of the glacier… which was already a highlight in itself. And the climbing still needed to begin!
Rich is an amazing guide with a lot of knowledge and experience… and he built op the day very well. He started with building our self esteem by teaching us how to safely climb low ice walls/ into small moulins, untill those walls became higher and higher and the moulins deeper and deeper. We cannot explain the feeling of abseiling into a deep moulin all by yourself…. And the colours and contours of the ice are just undescribable!
It felt like Rich knew every moulin / crevasse in the glacier (which felt super safe) and he managed to physically and emotionally challenge all the people with different levels in the group in a very natural way. It was certainly one of our most memorable days of our life and it was worth every penny we paid for this trip. Rich, thanks again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful experience. Would love to do the overnight tour. Its a different world on the glacier. Our guide Richard was very educational and I learnt a lot more about the glacier. Total respect for nature and also all the sherpers who work up and down the glaciers... its no easy task and takes nerve.
The Helicopter flight was smoothe and awesome views. I would go again and for longer and explore more. Very professional and safety briefing was excellent prior to the tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great glacier hike with Rich. We ranged in age and fitness levels, but Rich quickly evaluated our abilities on the ice and found loads of amazing features for us to explore. He was very knowledgeable about the area and glacier forms, and really passionate about sharing his “office” with anyone who was interested. We’ll definitely be back for another hike, maybe some ice climbing next time?
