Well what more can i say but a big thank you to the people of MTF Finance First Ave and they are Peter ,Matt, Kevin, Robin and also Richard Scott for the help ,service that they gave me 4 weeks ago April 2021 and would recomend to every one who needs finance to go to these people as they treat you as a person and not a number like a lot of finance people do . I give them 150% for every thing. Peter, Kevin, Matt and Robin need a good pay rise.

β β β β β Darren was a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable about the local mechanics and tyer services as well. He went out of his way to help find the sweet spot for a loan and what I could realistically afford. He can be blunt and direct but this is a good thing. It proves he cares about the customers and doesn't want to drain your bank account and take every dollar you make. Thanks MTF and Darren for helping me finance my first car in New Zealand, and on my work visa no less.

β β β β β Just had a very unwelcoming experience by Kevin. My son and I visited the office to sort out a waiver after a vehicle accident that my son had in a vehicle I went guarantor on. His customer service skills definitely need refining. No smile, no welcoming gesture, no offer of having a seat, no good manners. I could not even bring myself to say bye to him. I don't like being treated like I don't matter.
