Twice I have been to Fat Brother, once during lockdown where the chicken burger was more batter than chicken, but had heard good things from friends so put it down to being new and being busy. Decided to treat myself tonight to a single mother only to get home and find it drowned in sauce. So much sauce it covered the entire burger and half the wrapper. The beef sauce tastes more like a chipotle Mayo and paired with the mustard over powered the burger to the point where you couldn’t taste anything else.

Meat very average and not well seasoned . Prepared in either overused or rancid oil.
Only palatable aspect was the brioche bun ….
Will not return …….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to say something nice but sadly our experience was terrible. Staff were pleasant but food was awful. I know they have FAT in the name but not what the food should taste of. Chicken burger had too much batter which was ringing in grease hence so was the tiny amount of chicken hidden inside. The Brioche bun is wrong as it is sweet and buttery which added to the fat. Aslo a weird tang in the coleslaw. This has huge potential but needs to address what makes a good burger. Will not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burgers are so yummy here.. ? I would say the Best burger in the town!! They are very fresh and quite big, could never eat them at once!!!
I love the veggie burger and the fried chicken burgers here, they are absolutely delicious ?? and the best part is sometimes when you don't want a particular ingredient the staff would replace it with something much nicer!! And they would still remember to make it the same way they did earlier, each time you go there... They are just awesome ??
I have always got the best customer service, the staff here are really too good and amazing... You guys are really doing a great job!!?? keep up the good work guys?

Tried the Fat Girlfriend chicken burger & it put Burgerfuel to shame.
The service was awesome & I felt satisfied knowing my money went to people who deserve it.
The food is unique & definitely worth a try at minimum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the first time tonight and wow! My partner and I were so surprised how big and tasty the burgers were (the fat son). We also ordered the chicken wings and curly fries, which were also equally as tasty. 100% recommend. Feeling so full!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place had a lot of potential. The sauces and brioche buns and overall flavours were good. The fried chicken burgers were pretty good too. Ultimately, a burger place is measured by it's beef burger though and Fat Brother just didn't deliver where it counts. The beef patties were very poor and actually tasted like sausage. There were definitely fillers like bread crumbs and herbs and the meat blend was overmixed. I wonder if they used a pork and beef blend as well.
If you want an Instagram worthy photo then come here. If you want a top quality burger experience then give it a miss.
