β β β β β My Daughter had car booked in and I got the pleasure of taking it .. NOT! On arrival I said I had brought a car that was booked in for said my daughter's name and time, the man just looked at me with no expression he said was it booked online and I said i thought she had phoned still nothing, I said it this the wrong place ? Hyper drive tyres ? He said we are their agent but still had a look of dismay why I was there. Then he got a print out and said this all I have we don't get names or anything which seems strange. I said well its more information than I have. Then to add to the shambles I didnt know that tyres were to be replaced so had to call daughter to get that, he left to attend to a male customer. When car was ready the same man asked how I got the task for doing car and I said she had it booked in but tyres came early and then he said to me she booked for anniversary day. Funny how he remembered that but not a car booked in at 2 ?
The replacement of 2 rear tyres was fast like 30mins or so.
Customer service needs to be improved or a better system , no need to make a fool of a woman to make yourself more important..And this is why I hate dealing with male orientated work place !
