★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't believe these reviews, my experience at muffin break Ormiston was certainly not positive, this place really needs to hire new employees ASAP, The Asian man who served me had a horrible customer service he spoke to me so rudely, I ordered a coffee and a sausage roll, my coffee did not have enough milk and my sausage roll was very unpleasant in taste, I complained to the Asian man and the young Indian boy at the counter they refused to accept my feedback and responded so rudely, so I asked to speak to the manager and when I spoke to the young Indian lady with glasses she did not care at, the Asian man and Indian just laughed at me. This was the worst customer service experience ever I do not recommend coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I finally found it ... This is the store that makes the best coffee. I have tried 100s of different shops and this is the store that makes me the best coffee. She listens and gets it right.. the down side is I am going to go out of way to get their coffee now!! ? Love their brew..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff was very calm and friendly. I went their with my kids first time and loved eating there. There muffins are so delicious. My kids loved it. I will surely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to visit, helpfully and friendly staff Pinal particularly, they have had issues employing staff in the past that is true, but that is in the past now.
Opened in very difficult times new mall, covid lockdowns ....but they have come through all of that and deserve to thrive.
Apple pie, cheese cake and muffins can all be recommended very nice.
Well done guys, give the a try.

The girl serving was very friendly, and kept everything exceptionally clean. Very impressed with the food, coffee and service, and particularly how spotless the place was. I will definitely return:).
