I’ve been coming here for a little while now, get my nails done every month or so in between. Have not had any issue at all!! Honestly love the little chats that I have with staff have gotten to know a few by names now. Always come back to you guys, the only place I trust. I always bring my family here. I've had gel manicure, pedicure, acrylic gel, acrylic normal and SNS have loved everything that was done with each of the nail techcian that I have had. I usually just come in and get plain colours but decided cause of Christmas to get something different. It honestly they look so good!! Thank you Phoebe and Katie for the recommendation of green and doing my nails.

I’m pretty sure they had a trainee do my nails yesterday but I not informed that she was not a professional nail tech. Not only did she cut me in multiple places, she did not push my cuticles back or use the pumice or sufficiently trim and file my nails. I will not be returning and I hope that in the future this salon will let people know that paying customers are about to be trained on. Thanks. (It is not the most flattering photo of my toes but it shows the damage done on both which could have been avoided if she was paying attention to detail.)

I had powder nails done not even 3 weeks ago and they are chipped already. I have since learned that dipping into a big jar of powder is unhygienic and is called double dipping. I will do further research.

I did not like the way you removed my daughters nail, taking it off with another is very unprofessional. I been to another nail salon where they soak the nails off not take them off with another nail. Poor service and will not be returning.

Paid for a gel manicure, and didn’t get the service of a manicure. The lady completing my nails didn’t even offer the moisturiser and hand massage at the end which I had to ask for. The lady was not engaging or friendly. My colour ended up a lot lighter than on the colour chart. And overall my nails didn’t look very good, which was a shame as I was getting them done the day of my engagement.. ? overall would not go again for this particular lady.

Got my first ever nail manicure/gel acrylic ever and decided to go here since I heard good reviews about the place. I asked for gel acrylic almond French tips which cost $73 all up which for me is a bit pricey… I had shown the lady a picture of what I wanted and ended up getting a cheap version of what was in the photo. Ended up getting mountain peak like nails which kinda also resembled puppy dog claws.. The lady had filed the sides of my nails hard enough to cause irritation on half of my fingers and is a bit sore to the touch, the shaping of my fingers were a tad off there was probably only one finger that had an almond shape.. the French tip outlining was rough enough for someone to point it out from a decent distance and on some of my nails you can actually see through the French tip lining and just see under neath which you should not be able to but she outlined the tip a bit further than my natural nail line. Both thumbs are not identical in any way! Overall not totally unhappy as from afar the nails look okay but not satisfied at all with the turn out! I understand these women work hard at what they do but if you’re going to be charging $73 for nails you best bet you should be giving your customers their worth and not something that’s rushed, I definitely would’ve turned back and asked for a refund. Apologies but will not be coming back

The 2 stars are for the two girls who helped me at the end of my service. I went there the day before only to be told the nail tech that does the dipping powder is not in. "Okay, could I please make a booking for 5pm tomorrow?" I asked. "Oh, you can just walk in" she replied. Okay cool. I come in today at 5pm as planned. They are talking in another language infront of me about me - very rude. Okay, go there. No, go there. No choose your color first. Not very good customer service to start with... The nail tech begins doing her "magic" for a simple French tip dipping powder. Everything was fine until she had to file the thickness of the powder back. She proceeded to sand a peice of my skin off on the corner of my finger nail (pictured), it was bleeding slightly. I think she was rushing to go home, it was probably about 5:50pm by the time she finished. Upon inspecting her finished work, I also noticed she had managed to work a black fiber into the clear part of the French tip on one finger (pictured) and a peice of glitter on the another. I am happy with 6/10 of the finger nails she did. I washed my hands and a second girl directed me to the pedicure station for a regular polish in white. She noticed that I was distressed and asked if I was okay, I showed her my bleeding finger and she put disinfectant on it. I am happy with all 10 of the toenails second girl completed. A third girl came to complete the white tips and clear coat on my finger nails while the second girl continued the pedicure. I am happy with 9/10 of the white finger nail tips the third girl completed. For $113 I expected some tidy nail tech and good customer service, at the very least.
