★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl who works on weekdays is really amazing but the ones I think who work casually or on weekends especially the ones working on 26/2/22 made me wait for like few minutes and then didn't give the right portion size of the chicken tray .. it wasn't even the half tray just 6 little pieces of chicken ... There is only 1 girl who works on weekdays who serves quickly and precisely , the rest is omg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over 30 mins before closing time and would not accept cash as already had balanced up cashier said and refused to accept payment. You would think they would balance at closing time 6pm, obviously in a hurry to leave, not concerned about service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible rude service by the two woman that were working, plus they seemed to be out of practically everything on the menu, dont know why they bothered to be open. Been here a couple of times in the past but now after this experience wouldnt bother to return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use to be a regular here. Portion size use to be good, however went in the other day and the new girl at the counter dished a small amount. When I questioned her she said it was instructed from head office they reduce portion sizes. Paid $17.90 for a regular it had 6 pieces of spicy chicken and 5 pieces of the sweet chilly chicken. Not worth the money anymore. Ormiston town center is so dead you would think they would want to keep their loyal customers.
