★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was good. But the latte and cinnamon roll was not very good. Latte was too diluted and the cinnamon roll tasted like reheated cardboard with icing on it. For a such well established franchise, please put up a proper Christmas Tree. The current one looks like it was bought from the $2 store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greater than 20min wait without any communication of wait times. Staff look miserable and the coffee was average at best. Sloppy sticky cups being handed out.
Super disappointed with the decline in quality & consistency across all aspects.

When I bought it up with a staff and he asked the person who made it she responded I will make it last im doing the other orders, are you kidding me !? Firstly you get the order wrong than have an attitude about it. Saying that I would give Credit to the nice guy who went out of his way make my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Grande drink from here and specifically asked for no ice, with no indication that I wouldn't get a full drink, however, when my order was called, my drink was literally half full. It probably wouldn't even filled a size Tall. I don't understand why they thought it was a good idea to serve a customer a medium sized cup half empty. I honestly would've been happy if they had topped it up with water, but to get a half empty drink that is already not the cheapest... Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Starbucks and it’s the most popular cafe around the world lots of people go to it. Always buzy nice chill relaxing mostly on a Saturday nice afternoon at a nice mall. I remember before the renovation Starbucks use to be better it was bit bigger more space more seats better outdoor seats. I most of the time I get the white chocolate mocha frap or hot I also try new ones or the limited time ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The caramel hot chocolate is always amazing and the service in general is good, but today was a different day.
I ordered a takeaway coffee this morning and was asked for my vaccine pass. I was quite surprised as I was not asked to show this last week or the week before that and I order a takeaway hot chocolate from this store twice a week. I merely asked if this was required for a takeaway as I did not have to present it to previous times but I don't mind showing it, and the lady (I didn't get her name but she was wearing a red apron, she was short with dark long hair) rudely said that this has always been required and it will only fall away on the 4th of April. The tone was very rude and I honestly feel that this is not the way to speak to customers. Even when I said "thanks" after ordering, I was ignored and the next customer was served.
Normally, I get great customer service but I think I got the wrong person at the wrong time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff on Monday 1st Nov afternoon are so sweet and friendly. We got two Caramel Frappuccino and one Cold brew. Absolutely loved the drinks and staff!! Definitely going back! Thank you :)
