Sometimes life is unpredictable, and there may be times when you are unable to make your scheduled booking. If this happens please contact me as soon as possible to discuss re-scheduling, or cancellation.
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of bookings.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a charge equivalent to the booking session fee, or if you have booked with a voucher, the voucher status will become redeemed.
