★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My new doctor is absolutely fantastic. I have never met a doctor so on to it. I had been sick for 3 months and the other doctor's I had seen in Christchurch before I moved here couldn't seen to get me better. I seen Dr Jan Cottle twice and within 1 month all my symptoms had gone. Thanks to doc and there lovely staff for making me welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are super nice and helpful but one receptionist is super rude and mean. I called for a change of appointment. First time nobody picked up. Second time she hanged me up before I could make another appointment. She hanged me up when I was still speaking!!!! I just completed ‘sorry I couldn’t make it today and...’. She said ‘yeah right’ and hanged up!!!!
Also. No confirmation text message 24h before the appointment time as before. That’s part of the reason I missed the appointment....and I never missed any appointment before...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and nurses are great here but the parking situation is very tough. I called a while ago to get directions since it's hard to find the entrance, then was told to turn down the alley- I followed these instructions and parked in the parking lot behind the practice. I was then told to move my car without any apologies for misinforming me. Every time I’ve returned, there’s been issues with parking on the street. When I took the only free park I could find, I got a ticket. If you come here, please be aware that you need to allow 15 minutes to look for a park and walk to the clinic. I wish that in the future, the practice would consider arranging some parks for their patients-- especially for those who are unwell and not fit to walk from down the street.
