Staff were very friendly, helpful, obviously know a lot about bikes and riding and understood what we were looking for, and only talked about items that related to our requirements. β β β β β Had my bike service, brakes need doing, and gears, got bike back and was no better. returned bike to them and complained. they had the bike again over a month till i rang, just for them to tell me cant get new break pads for 2 months!!! said thats not good enough...anyway after spending $170 dollars and after 2 months of use its back to square one. brakes are dangerous and gears are worse than ever......DONT GO HERE... Thanks for reply but you missed the point. I brought my bike into you twice. you had my bike for over a month. and whatever work u did on it didnt last I asked u to fix break handle..u didnt..you said u made custom brake pads as u couldn't get any. THEY LAST 2 MONTHS.....My gears now swap and change as they please.....So dont turn it round on me saying i dont service it enough or make excuse's about ur supplier. Fact is you charge me nearly 200 dollars for SUB STANDARD service, and even now. offer nothing for you failings

Rebecca was of great help, took time to explain certain bike components and gave sound advice taking cost, long and short term benefits into account. It helped us with our decision making.
