The lady there was so helpful and recommended to ride along the river and across this beautiful bridge with lovely views to see along the way. My friend and I are from Auckland and it was a relaxing way to cruise around and explore the area. We went back that same week to do it again. 10/10

β β β β β Had a great experience dealing with Kelvin , Kirsty and Joshua. Kelvin explained the operation of E bike to us. He was extremely genuine and friendly which helped so much, not pushy in any way which is so nice to experience.
Kirsty and Josh finished the after sales service off nicely. A great team effort.
We ended up buying the Smartmotion Neo Step through for my wife, I was so impressed with her bike and the teams service that I purchased the Smartmotion X Urban for myself. Thank you guys
