β β β β β The only nail salon I will go to in Wellington! Extremely professional staff who are absolutely lovely. Luxurious salon that is clean and do a quality and un-rushed job on my BIAB nails every time. Never any confusion with pricing and always on time. Thank you for your hard work!

β β β β β I booked a classic mani & pedi to treat myself before baby comes. The place looks luxury but services are not. The $95 package included foot & hand massage but all I got was just some lotion put on (no massage). The girl didn't seem too experienced and she went too rough on my toe cuticle that she made me bleed. She was sorry and I do understand mistakes but it did impact my experience.
I liked that the lotion used was of good quality and the place looked nice and clean but I am getting more from my neighbourhood salon for half of price than what I got here.
Maybe I shouldn't have had such high expectations for a normal polish mani&pedi, but my treat before going into labour didn't feel like a treat,especially leaving with a tiny cut on my toe. It felt like an average nail job,not worth $95.
I don't know if I will give them a second chance which is sad because I was looking for a place where I could treat myself once in a while.

β β β β β We took a work team there for a treat. The service was very poor. Inconsistent treatments between the 5 of us. I think to be honest only one technician was really onto it the others were learning. It cost us over $800 for 5 of us. It would have been okay if the nails had lasted mine chipped after a day it was clear the quality of gel polish was very inconsistent.
Massages ranged from one of us that got a lovely massage to the rest very average and poor quality.
I will not return nor would I recommend you take a group. They do not have the quality capacity and I think they are totally overpriced! Nail art was very average! Only one technician could do this!

High quality products, super clean and hygienic, reasonable prices for such a quality salon right in the CBD and the staff go above and beyond.
I always get excited to bring my friends to an appointment because they always make us feel super special.

β β β β β This has easily been the nail salon experience Iβve had in Wellington. felt pampered compared to the numerous times Iβve went to nail salons and felt rushed out of the seat. They took their time to provide a quality service, and I canβt rave enough about the leg / foot scrub and the hot stones! Magical ? Will be back!

β β β β β I went to Naillington yesterday with my friend. We tried the Lux Mani and Pedi and we absolutely love the service and results. The ladies who looked after us were really friendly and so detailed and meticulous. I also enjoyed the sugar scrub and hot stone massage. And the store was really pretty and clean. I will definitely visit again before Christmas!

β β β β β Best nail shop in town. The vibe and decorations is on point! Staffs are friendly and professional. Naomy indeed ong of the top nail artistin Wellington. Got my nails treated carefully and I can see they all put lots of effort to make my nail look pretty. 3rd time at the shop already and this is my go-to salon from now.
