★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our go to place for a grilled chicken, love the interior though the only downside compared to other branches is that staff are not so welcoming. I mean, at all the restaurants I come, I always wanted happy and smiling faces as this makes me feel well accommodated. Food is great, mild level of spiciness' just right! Will always come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate lower than one star I would, truly terrible. We went there with a voucher for an incorrectly supplied meal, and guess what, incorrect again. We only had 6 items, two wraps, two drinks and two chips. The only thing that was correct was the drinks. 10/10 do not recommend, would have been easier and less stress to starve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location. First off the girl at the till didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. We put in an order for 2 whole chickens and 3 sides and she wasn’t patient. The real issue was the plates that were provided to us, they were oily and not clean. After comparing over 8 different plates it was clear that something was wrong with the dishwasher as all the plates had residual grease and had a slight fishy smell. With COVID and the issue with germs this should be a priority. In terms of the food it was fine but a number of us had stomach issues. Wouldn’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Staff had no clue, were uninterested and unhelpful. It didn't feel clean, there were lots of dirty tables and bathrooms were not clean enough.
Food was cold, no attention to any detail. Stone cold. But we were starving so not prepared to wait again for fresh food. The only nice thing about the meal was the chips.
Even the rice was not hot, I'm not sure how hard it is to get basic things right.
Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend.
