If you decide to close earlier, that’s fine. But don’t know why your can’t contact your customer in advance? And let your customer disappointed your brand and services! Won’t come back and not recommended.

Chicken is habanero spiced, nice burn, tender and crisp.
Chicken pieces are smaller than kfc
I prefer the flavor kfc hot and spicy .
High light of the dish was the chips and the biscuit,buttery and wholesome, will go back just for that alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love Texas chicken and have it at least once a week. year and half ago they start changed. Like the spicy level went too far, so spicy nearly uneatable . And the chicken is dry.
Today went to buy some chicken wings, I was shock with 6 wings cost $11.19, no drinks no chips, absolutely rip off, it just 6 dry chicken wings. Used to cost $8.90 for combo.
No way I will buy chicken wings from Texas chicken again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order hot wings online, when I arrived the staff told me they dont have hot wings and I ask to refund for the hot wings. However, the staff refuse the refund and give me the chicken tender straight away. This is unacceptable. I am so disappointed with the service. All I want is hot wing not a chicken tender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst service I have had in long time. Not only did they not tell us there was a wait on certain food items when we ordered they told us after we had been waiting 15 minutes already then after waiting 35 minutes we finally got our order which was just dumped all together in the bag the chicken wasn’t even in a paper plate so the bag was dripping oil and the order was wrong. The chips were cold and rock hard then when I took them back and the ladies all except one where rude and just didn’t care. They then tried to give me more rock hard chips it wasn’t until the lady who wasn’t being rude told them they need to throw the old chips out and get fresh ones. I do not recommend them at all and as some who has worked in hospitality for over ten years it makes me sad when you see the few who are trying their best being brought down by those that are just lazy and can’t be bothered.
