★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable phone service. Was wanting to order food over the phone as last time when visited the shop, the order was not available so ended up ordering another dish. Food was nice but not the one we were craving. This time tried ringing to check if dish is available before coming in as going to the restaurant is a mission, no one answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just remembered to make a review- their dishes are good but the Pinakbet is sickly sweet. I barely finished it. I wonder if they have put sugar in there..?? The crispy belly is a nice addition. Their lomi is yummy but I find it full of noodles and less soup. Overall 3 stars. Hope they change their pinakbet recipe to a more authentic flavour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our ‘go to’ Filipino restaurant. It can be busy at night and weekends so book ahead if you can but they welcome walk ins. Their Halo Halo is great, it reminds me of home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far are families favorite restaurant in East Auckland with good customer service and delicious food. When we have unexpected guest coming or we're too busy to get foods ready for celebrations we always order food from Natalias because the food there is so good.

Review update: came back here once again. Food were delicious and the staff accommodated us even though they close at 7pm on Sundays.
