★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff member couldn’t add my membership as the system was down, she did not give me a receipt either so I can’t go to customer service to have my purchase added to my account. Website is down too. Disappointed that I had to go all the way to new market and didn’t have a good experience in store, it was all very underwhelming with lack of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy a new machine. Staff gave no instructions on first use. Were quickly shown how it works and decided to buy after looking at a friends machine and looking online. Got the machine home. It didn't have any instruction manuals so looked up online. Saw first use requirements and tried to get it to work. It leaked and would not work so took it back. Seems we were given a machine that had been returned so given a new machine. Staff do not know what they are doing. Really poor. Buy from Briscoes. Cheaper and they don't pretend they know.
