β β β β β The team is not friendly at all and both members were asking each other to serve me while I was waiting over the counter there to get a present for Motherβs Day , plus the guy gave me prices and when I was about to pay the price was higher than what Iβve told them he was like sorry the price is different , so bad and not professional at all , very poor service especially when the store had no one customer but me so they donβt even have the excuse of they were busy

β β β β β I went in there knowing exactly what i wanted. Took a while for someone to help me (i was the only one in the store, they had 3 workers on) the lady started looking for the jewellery in a different size but then ventured off onto other things and left me standing there. Once she got it i was looking at other jewellery to occupy myself while i waited then she rudely said βare you going to try it onβ. All in all not a good experience. The workers were rude and obviously on their phone out the back while other customers were in the store. i thought it being a luxury shop it would have been a much better experience.
