I bought 2 vouchers for this place off Grabone for Laser Hair Removal. I was getting it done in the Brazilian area and the lady only spent 10 minutes on me.
During this 10 minutes her colleague entered the room without knocking during this, and left the door wide open while they spoke to each other - as I was sprawled out on a bed
She then opened the door again when it was over with me still not up off of the bed and other customers walking around the corridor
I have contacted Grabone who are doing nothing for me at this point and New Skin is refusing to give me a refund!
Extremely angry!!!!

β β β β β Wanted to get a nice pedicure and manicure for Xmas and not even 48 hours after 2 nails were chipped and one lifting up. 3 days later 5 nails all peeled up and chipped. All I did was wrap Christmas presents, baking and dishes. All of which I have done with other gel polish. This is all on my less dominant hand too so very odd. Would not go back again or recommend for a manicure. Pedicure is fine but a bit concerned how it is on the person back basically crouching on ground like that.

β β β β β Just had the 60min facial an it was beautiful. The massage was so relaxing as well as the facial. The lady was very polite. Did not want to leave. Feel so refreshed an skin is soft as it can be. Highly recommend New Skin. I travelled from Botany so well worth the trip out to Albany..Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

β β β β β I visited for a full set of mink lashes. The service said 100-120 lashes per eye and I certainly didn't get that many, the service was meant to take up to an hour and a half but I was out in under an hour. It was very basic customer service, the staff on arrival were huddled together and not particularly welcoming, my lash artist spoke very little English but was very gentle with the application, there was no music playing, minimal interaction during the whole visit. The lashes looked OK, not particularly thick, pretty standard. One eye the lashes were going in all directions but improved after putting mascara on. Six lashes fell out while taking makeup off on the first day. Unfortunately I wouldn't return.

β β β β β Got a 60 minute facial for 2 off grab one and we are definitely going back. Was so relaxing and the girls there are lovely. Lots of little details that made the experience amazing. Went for my mums birthday and they even gave us a little gift when we left.
Lovely place and will definitely going back.

β β β β β Really disappointing! Not only was my first appointment not written down, I then couldn't book until the new year. I Got mink set of eyelashes, appointment started 20 mins late, eyelashes were not individuals but instead in 3's. I had a big gap and half had fallen out by day 2. Eyelashes are very sore and scratchy, wish I had never gotten them. Absolutely terrible!

β β β β β Absolutely Amazing! Husband treated me to a Grab one voucher and the facial was the best I've had in a long while! My skin felt so very soft and rejuvenated... I will certainly back as I've booked in for another treatment next week!

β β β β β Used the Grabone deal and everything was amazing. I became a little claustrophobic while I had the led mask weighted on my face. I love how great my skin felt after though. Staff were very professional and it was very luxurious.
