★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While normal service is ok, I am disappointed to see Alexandra NW do not offer click and collect. We have been under the threat of covid for over 2 years and I would have though ANW would be in a position by now to offer this as a service to locals. Sadly I'll need to get someone to do my shopping for me.

To have trouble getting the bag closed now 10 rolls only fills half the bag for the same price. It seems
the size of the roll has been reduced but not the price, my husband now has 2 filled rolls for lunch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good tidy supermarket. Plenty of parking and lots of variety. Staff are friendly. Store is usually very clean and organised. It's also located on the main street, so very convenient location for all the visitors passing through, motel guests, workers, locals etc, so the store is always busy. But to manage with the workload, they have enough staff on the checkouts, which is nice to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This supermarket packs it meat in 3's so your forced to buy 2 packs if you need to feed 4 people. There is limited choice in meat section. It is expensive and the fruit and vegetables are always low on stock, and sometimes almost going off. I understand restocking may be difficult due to covid, but I still feel I am getting ripped off everytime I shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, fresh and cool. It was a very hot day when we visited and I was sitting on the concrete in the carpark in a bit of limited shade, giving my dog a stretch and cooling off period. A lovely young female staff member came over to check we were alright and asked if she could provide water for the dog. Very thoughtful of her and appreciated, though not needed as we had cool water.
